CONTENT IS KING.
With the power of media and technology, The Good People Party works to provide a sound and trusted source for communities vulnerable to mis/disinformation surrounding political candidates, the voting process, and what their vote counts towards. Moreover, we seek to make finding candidates that reflect their collective interests more accessible and attainable.
GOOD PEOPLE ON CAMPUS
A young adult wing of Good People designed to equip college students with the skills to identify the failings of policies connected to the sustainability and collective liberation of minority communities.
The primary purpose of this program is to promote the political awareness and literacy necessary for future servant leaders to champion collective uplift.
A GOOD PEOPLE’S GUIDE TO POLITICS
Our voter guide endorses specific candidates who align with Good People’s Four Agreements and the issues we deem critical. These endorsements are not aligned with a particular party but with the people’s interests.
This guide is designed to be a resource for community members looking to engage candidates with platforms and accomplishments that align with their well-being. In 2024, the guide will boast Good People’s Picks for the top of the ticket, as well as all 435 seats of the house.
GOOD PEOPLE “PARTY”
A series of community block parties where community advocates, charitable issue-based organizations, local businesses, artivists, performers, and more convene to keep communities engaged in, knowledgeable of, and motivated to partake in granular steps of the democratic process.
#voteDOWN
#voteDOWN is an ongoing social media campaign hosted by our in-house civic influencers designed to accompany information presented in our voter guide.
The phrase #voteDOWN is twofold. It refers to the necessity for the public to engage in voting down the ballot to achieve progress. We emphasize DOWN to honor and celebrate Black Queer activism in grassroots organizing as a reaffirmation of our commitment to inclusive progress.
This program will also allow us to continue to poll our audience for information needed for research, updates, and ways people would like to become engaged.
